Him ori8/28/2026We selected the 8 day all-inclusive package, however, we did decide to add a couple days on the front end and one on the back end. ‘Aloha Hawaiian Vacations’ handled that request with ease. We chose the islands of Oahu and Big Island. Our choice was perfect for our agenda. Not only were we looking for a once in a life time family adventure our daughter was getting married. Along with the vacation part ‘Aloha Hawaiian Vacations’ also assisted in planning the perfect beautiful intimate family wedding.
We absolutely loved the island of Oahu and the accommodations were perfect. We stayed at the Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort. The view from our hotel room was blue ocean and Diamond Head, Wow! On the Big Island we stayed at the Royal Kona, again beautiful location.
The guidance we received from our travel agent, Jade, was top notch. Jade was always very responsive and assisted with the many questions we had about the vacation and the wedding. The wedding agent, Nani, was also tremendous. Nani provided us with the perfect setting and ceremony to make my daughter’s dream come true.
Working with the representatives from ‘Aloha Hawaiian Vacations’ was exactly what we needed. The package and delivery was very smooth. We had absolutely no issues or problems. The voucher/gift card system they have in place works like a dream. It takes the worry out of making last minute decisions regarding restaurants, transportation, and excursions. The selections offered for restaurants and excursions were vast and accommodating to all.
When we were on the Big Island the Kilauea Volcano was due to erupt. Jade sent a text to let us know. There were several people from our group that were able to witness the eruption (very powerful). It made me happy to know that Jade took the time and went above and beyond our expectations. Her caring attitude was great representation of ‘Aloha Hawaiian Vacations’.

Rudy7/17/2026We cannot say enough good things about Overman Aloha Hawaiian Vacations! We recently went on the 8-day Oahu/Waikiki trip. From initial questions, to planning/booking, to the actual travel experience...it was all great! Every person we dealt with throughout the experience was so friendly and helpful. Haven was the person I emailed and talked with the most. She was always very prompt in answering every single question I had along the way. She was never pushy, just answered my questions and when I felt comfortable that we were ready to book, she helped me. We had the best phone conversation! Additionally, the woman we spoke with for making payments and other questions were both so pleasant.
When it's time for your trip you get a voucher packet that has all the meals and activities you have planned through AHV in order with the times, locations & other helpful notes. It was so nice! Anytime we were doing one of those meals or activities, there was no problems. The tour drivers all had our names on the list and were expecting us and the meal vouchers were easy to use (some being a gift card and others from a specific menu). The packet included copies of the menus so we could look at ahead. There were plenty of great menu options. We really enjoyed every restaurant (minus one...but that was a restaurant issue, nothing that reflected on AHV).
We had a fabulous experience at the Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort. That was the resort we chose for this trip and would 100% choose it again. It had great restaurants & shops, beautiful rooms & pool/patio, close walk to everything.
There were such great options when choosing the excursions/activities. It was hard to pick. We have no regrets about any activity we chose! We particularly loved the full-day island exploration tour. It was so informative & gave you a chance to see lots of things across the island.

s oph12/23/2025We book our vacation with Overman Aloha Hawaiian Vacations. My wife asked if there was an all-inclusive in Hawaii and there was no inclusive, but I found AHV. Not only did it include the hotel, meals, rental car, but also included many excursions on the island. We did the 7-day Kauai deluxe.
After traveling for 14 hours, it was nice to find that the minute we arrived AHV had everything ready for us. The person was there to present us with our welcome lei. She was pleasant and provided direction to the rental car area. Having read horror stories about the long lines it was nice to see we were the only ones in the building to get our rental car. In and out in no time and a 5-minute ride to the hotel from the airport.
The hotel was nice but under going renovations at the time but still very nice. We booked a room with an ocean view and had a great sunrise view every morning. The voucher system provided by AHV worked well and I never felt as if we were treated differently because of it. In fact, we were offered equal or better treatment than regular guests. The pool area was nice but my only down fall was that the hotel only had the pool bar which closed early and did not have any other bar open. The "all-inclusive" did not include alcohol which was rather expensive.
All of the excursions were great and the crew on each were fantastic and always made passenger safety top priority. We did have two excursions cancel, one due to high water in the river and the second due to low attendance. We did go during low season so not a lot of tourists there.
I would not hesitate to highly recommend AHV if you are looking to book at trip to Hawaii and are looking for an all-inclusive style trip. The cost of their booking compared to the prices I saw for the excursions and hotels seemed very reasonable for what we got. The company and their employees are very attentive and responsive to your needs and questions at the time of your booking, before you leave and even during your vacation should have problems. We will definitely be calling again when we head back to Hawaii again!read moreread less

Heather Frye7/31/2025 - Overman Aloha Hawaiian Vacations should not be mixed up with Aloha Hawaii Tours or Hawaii Aloha Travel. Overman AHV is a legitimate company, and we booked the 11-day four island package, as I do not have time to do all the research for 11 days and spend hours booking interisland flights. This is also a bucket list destination, so we wanted to see as much as possible in one trip, and this package did just that, as well as exceeded my expectations.
I have never used a travel agency before. From start to finish this was easy. Our whole trip was flawlessly arranged. You pick your hotel and excursions, based on how much you want to do and spend. We did everything on the itinerary, and it was very busy, but every single day was awesome. This package has you stay on the island of Oahu in Waikiki and the interisland trips are to Maui, Kauai, and the Big Island. Inter island flights do leave early and return flights are at 9pm so you can get the most out of a one day visit. You are inside your rental Jeep by 9:10am and AHV gives you a list of recommended sights to see. This was the only research I did, but we found their suggestions to be what everyone on the internet raves about. Yes, you will wish you had more time on each island, but we did not want to pack up our stuff every few days and change hotels. The other pro is their excursions included snorkeling, light hiking, rainforest, volcano, and lots of learning about Hawaii and her beautiful people and culture.
We recommend the hotel Outrigger Reef with the Voyager 47 Club pass for light breakfast and late afternoon beverages and small bites. Their food is delicious. The club ocean front rooms are literally right on the ocean with an outdoor shower. The gym is fabulous! There's a reef so you may want to wear water shoes when swimming and you can buy snorkel gear right across the street in a kit. We saw fish, rays, seals, turtles, sea cucumbers and urchins. At high tide, the waves lap the hotel’s exterior and there’s a beach at low tide. We loved taking long beach walks here!
For the tours, we enjoyed the 5-course dinner cruise, as the luau dinner show had dancers right next to you and the lobster and steak dinner were delicious. Definitely go to the luau buffet dinner on the 2nd day as it was right on the water by the tower and you watch the sunset while enjoying a great show. Pearl Harbor is a one day tour, but you may want to purchase another day to really spend time here to pay homage. Definitely do the morning snorkel, but I recommend reserving a wetsuit to be able to swim longer based on where you come from. Hanauma Bay is beautiful and has a nice beach. The Honolulu island tour, Diamond Head, and the rainforest waterfall tours were beautiful ways to spend the day. The agency gives you great advice on each voucher for all the tours and dining reservations.

What a great decision I made. The reps were friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to work with me. I was planning 3 nights in Waikiki Beach before embarking on a week long cruise out of Honolulu for 4 of us. The service I received was outstanding. They were able to modify a tour package to meet our needs exactly. The hotel was excellent, the meals included were delightful, and the tours were perfect! I booked my own flight and AirBnb, so it was just the dining and activities package. They mail you the vouchers about 2-3 weeks before your trip. The staff at Aloha Hawaiian Vacations were so accommodating, and took care of switching the days of activities so I could fit a helicopter ride into my schedule! At first I was a bit dubious, but I really just showed up to the place I was supposed to, showed a voucher, and boom! Start the activity. Or my name was already on the list. Super easy, NO PLANNING STRESS! Lol I had more stress trying to choose which activities I wanted to do hahaha. The breakfast buffet and dinners at Duke's Waikiki and Hula Grill were super good! I have discovered a new love for papaya seed salad dressing lol. It's great already having a reservation there because I saw a lot of people having to be put on a waitlist while I just walked up and was served. The Japanese teppanyaki was a fun experience too! The Grand Island circle tour (hosted by royal star) was super fun! Our tour guide Kalani was great and had interesting stories. I wish the Sandbar/snorkel adventure was on a different day than the Grand Island circle tour, because the Grand Island circle tour was too good to pass up. In the end I actually booked Captain Bob's sandbar picnic and snorkel adventure myself on a free day, and it was definitely worth it! I was booked for Germaine's Luau, the regular seat, and it was very informative, and all you could eat for food! Lol I'm still iffy on poi though, but the kalua pork and other food was great! comes with 2 drink tickets included. The fire dance was very cool! It's a must when you go to Hawaii. Germaine's Luau is one of the original 3 big luaus in Hawaii, as I understand it there are now a lot more, but this one still does the pig underground. I would have no idea this existed or chosen it if not for AHV, so I'm glad I got the most authentic experience! (other than the polynesian cultural center) The sunset dinner cruise was a HIGHLIGHT of everything! The food was AMAZING, crab legs, super tender steak, maitai, and so much more food. The sunset was amazing, and the show was just as good as the luau (minus the fire dancing of course). Also, that singer/host who was on the 1st floor that day totally deserves a raise. He was so good! He knew a song about almost every US state the people at the show came from. He even sang a japanese song too. XD Also got the reservations for pearl harbor memorial, I felt so bad for the people in the standby line. Super hot day, super long line. That I got to cut lol. Aloha Hawaiian vacations really chose some of the best of the best activities! Would recommend! I would recommend staying at the outrigger waikiki resort, or somewhere close to there as that is where Duke's and Hula Grill are located, so you can just go downstairs in the morning. I stayed at the Waikiki Grand Hotel AirBNB right across from the zoo- it's a GREAT VIEW of diamond head in the morning with a sundeck to see the sunset in the evening, but it was a 10 minute walk to get breakfast.read moreread lessalexandra chin10/31/2022
