Your vacation is just around the corner, and we’re excited to share one of the final pieces of your travel planning—your personalized Digital Hawaii Vacation Itinerary.

Created specifically for your vacation, your itinerary brings together your hotel reservations, flights (when included in your package), activities, dining, transportation, travel documents, and helpful travel information in one convenient place. It’s designed to make your vacation easier, so whether you’re preparing for your trip at home or enjoying your time in Hawaiʻi, the information you need is always close at hand.

Approximately 14–16 days before your departure, our team at Aloha Hawaiian Vacations will send you a secure link to your completed itinerary. You can view it from any computer, tablet, or smartphone. If you prefer, you may also download the free Travefy app for Apple or Android devices and access your itinerary there. Either option works beautifully, and any updates we make before your trip will automatically appear in your itinerary.

What’s Included

Every vacation we create is unique, so your itinerary is customized specifically for your trip. Depending on your vacation package, it may include:

• Hotel reservations and confirmation numbers
• Inter-island flight information (when included)
• Airport transfers
• Rental car information
• Activities and sightseeing
• Included breakfasts and dinners
• Maps and driving directions
• Helpful travel notes
• Island welcome information
• AHV Self-Guided Touring Guides
• Travel documents and vouchers, when applicable

Travel Documents & Attachments

Throughout your itinerary, you may find attached documents associated with certain reservations or activities. These may include:

• Activity vouchers
• E-tickets
• QR codes
• E-gift cards
• Restaurant menus
• Helpful reference documents

Each attachment will include simple instructions explaining exactly how it should be used.

If an itinerary item does not include a separate voucher, QR code, ticket, or other attachment, no additional document is needed. In most cases, simply provide your name or the confirmation number listed in your itinerary when you arrive.

Do I Need to Print Anything?

Most activities, reservations, and travel documents can simply be presented from your smartphone. Occasionally, one of our local partners may require a printed voucher. If printing is necessary, your itinerary will clearly note which document should be printed before you travel.

If you don’t have access to a printer, simply let us know before your departure. We’ll be happy to help determine the best solution.

Please take a moment to read the notes included with each reservation. Whenever appropriate, we’ve included helpful information such as:

• Check-in and meeting instructions
• Pickup locations
• Parking information
• Helpful reminders
• Special instructions from our local partners

Flights & Real-Time Updates

If any of your flights were arranged through Aloha Hawaiian Vacations, they’ll be included in your itinerary along with your confirmation details. Your flight information is linked to the airline, so if there are schedule adjustments before your trip, your itinerary will automatically display the most up-to-date flight information.

Always Up to Date

One of the advantages of your digital itinerary is that it’s always current. If we make a change before your departure — whether it’s a reservation update, an added document, or revised information — you’ll automatically see the latest version the next time you open your itinerary.

Prefer a Paper Copy?

No problem! If you’d rather travel with a printed itinerary, simply scroll to the bottom of your digital itinerary and select the PDF option. You can print it at home and take it with you if that’s more comfortable for you.
