You’re Going to Hawaii! Here’s What Happens Next
Congratulations on booking your Hawaiian vacation with us — what an exciting time! Now that your trip is official, here’s a clear outline of what to expect. We want you to feel prepared and confident every step of the way, so you can relax and just look forward to your getaway.
Quick Checklist
✅ Sign your Enrollment Form (sent via DocuSign within 24–36 hours)
✅ If booking your own flights, send us your flight info (airline, flight number, times)
✅ Choose your excursions and dinners (at booking or within a few days)
✅ Mark your Balance Due Date on your calendar (listed on your Enrollment Form)
✅ Watch for your vouchers package (arrives 10–14 days before your trip)
Enrollment Form
Within 24–36 hours of booking, you’ll receive your Enrollment Form via DocuSign. Please review and e-sign promptly. This form also serves as your receipt for your deposit.
Payments & Balance Due
If you’d like to make payments toward your trip, just call 1-888-425-6422 or email service11@aloha-hawaiian.com anytime.
Your final balance is due no later than 69 days before departure. The exact due date is listed on your Enrollment Form. We don’t send billing reminders, so be sure to mark your calendar.
Flight Information (if you’re booking your own flights)
If you’re arranging your own airfare, please send us your flight details as soon as they’re finalized. We’ll need:
- Arriving flight into Hawaii: airline, flight number, and arrival time
- Departing flight from Hawaii: airline, flight number, and departure time
This ensures we can confirm your transfers or rental car and everything runs smoothly once you arrive.
Activity & Dinner Selections
Your activities and dinners are prearranged so your spots are guaranteed. Please make your selections at the time of booking (or within a few days after) to avoid delays. Your agent’s direct contact information will appear on your Enrollment Form.
Pre-Trip Contact
About 50–45 days before your travel date, Customer Support will reach out to confirm your shipping address and touch base with you.
Vacation Itinerary & Vouchers
You’ll receive your complete Vacation Itinerary & Vouchers package 10–14 days before your trip. These are shipped via USPS with signature required, and tracking will be emailed to you.
